OK, I don't have the expansion, so anything here is based off the KS page, I doubt this counts as a spoiler.
Someone speculated that the app might be tied to a specific curse rather than something you can add to any curse. I don't think that's the case, but if it is, I think it's "Beacon in the Night", the resources wouldn't mean much to any other curse, so it'd be cool if the app let you find them rather than the normal flags, since you wouldn't know where they are from previous curses. Anyone have any thoughts or theories?

I'm a college student. Unfortunately the printing place here couldn't print 80x80 mm for me so I'll try to convince a brother to cut it so I won't be spoiled. Creme brulee usually works as a bribe.

Your stuff has been printed and is in Canada right now. Sadly, someone has to receive their tracking number last, right? You should get it relatively soon.

And we all know they would sell all copies. So they should just place the order

I agree, they'll probably sell all the extras, even if they print a fair amount more, but an important question is, how long will it take? Storage costs money and the game is really big so even if they sell out after a while they could lose money.

OK, about that last big spoiler:
VG:
Probably an alternate ending for Fogg and Passerpout, since they're in the original ending.

Forbidden Sanctuary:
Milton is mentioned, so maybe an alternate end for Anjika? That would be nice since I didn't love the end of this curse.

Anyway, those are my wild speculations!

And remember, if you're playing with multiple characters you can lower the cost and raise the number of success's needed (turning a 7/0 action into a 4/3 action, for example).
There are also cards (or at least, card) that allow you to use adjacent resources.

Do you need to change your country, or just your address within a country?

Also, if anyone from SP is reading this, when will the "Tips & Tricks" be updated to reflect the curse order including WGUMCD?

Given the delay, could you post the rules on the site? I can tell some of the mechanics (forced movement, moving through air) are new, and I'd like to agonize over waiting for the expansion for as long as possible. :D' Thanks.

If I understood correctly there will be a link to the new store when it goes live with copies.

You don't.
I've only encountered 1 card you can keep in the whole game.

Try subscribing to the SP newsletter, they'll send you an email when the store opens.

1. After cards are revealed, that's what makes it so powerful!
2. Yes, that card sucks, but I would spoiler tag more of the question, if I were you.

If SP wants to reward us for waiting, they could upload the rule-book for WGUMCD to the site, so we can read it and agonize about not playing ;-)

I haven't played it yet (PNP is ludicrously expensive here, my friends are planning on printing the 2 fan expansions for my birthday) but I started the rule-book and noticed 2 things: 1. In the first sentence it says "thrird" instead of "third". 2. It says not to read the second page, but the second page is set-up, you need to read it. Thank you for creating this! 3. Please update here when you have a final version!

Like I said, I enjoyed them individually, but a popular suggestion is for the second game (after VG) being Offering+Dark Chest, without trying them separately. So far my best run has been the combined 7 curse run, combining curses is really fun.

A popular suggestion is combining Dark Chest of the Damned with Offering to the Guardians, you could try that.

I think the other curses are good, opinions are split on some. Offering of the Guardians is considered by some repetitive and kind of dull, Dark Chest of the Damned requires pretty good knowledge about the continent's geography and can be frustrating of you don't "get" the clues quickly, Bloody Hunt is pretty well liked. My two favorite curses are expansion curses, Swamp of Madness and Forbidden Sanctuary. You will know more about the continent so there's less exploring and aimless wandering.

Resellers didn't have much of an effect on the making of this particular game (we blew past stretch goals with cash to spare) but they are helpful to gamers because they increase the supply. "Scalpers" take advantage of scarcity- there are only so many tickets to a concert, so buying 100 limits the ability of others to get hold of them. Ordering 100 copies of 7th Continent meant an additional 100 copies were produced, so if anything they give you a *better* chance of obtaining this game at a reasonable price.
