[Check – No Error] Getting a card that is banished, when I get a specific state

I have found a card, that says: If you get freezing, banish this. In this moment I am freezing.
Must I banish this card immediately or can I hold it, until I get freezing again? I have played it with my first assumption, but I am not sure about it.

I think the same (hold the card until get freezing again), because I saw other cards with a different text (in french) who told : "If you are..."

I agree the wording could reallybenefit from being clearer here, we also did not know what to do in this situation.
