No idea what this card is -- maybe mis-print? Also, wrong language

My wife and I drew this card last night and we have no clue if this is supposed to even be in the game. It's a "I" level exploration card and has french text on the back, and just strange symbols and oddly placed red hand on the front.

Is this supposed to be in my game? Mis-print?

This is from a shrink wrapped 7th Continent pledge box from the store.

*EDIT* Was able to get some input on BGG and this is definitely a test/misprint card. I'll have to check my cards tonight to see if there is anything missing now.
