No idea what this card is -- maybe mis-print? Also, wrong language

It's a "I" level exploration card and has french text on the back, and just strange symbols and oddly placed red hand on the front. Is this supposed to be in my game? Mis-print? This is from a shrink wrapped 7th Continent pledge box from the store. Back Front EDIT Was able to get some input on BGG and this is definitely a test/misprint card.
