Eliminated Character and his Character card

The ELIMINATED CHARACTER section (Rulebook, p. 22) does not talk about the player's :icon_hand_orange: Character card. Should it be returned or banished? If it is returned then the character could return back to the game later, but without their character specific :icon_hand_blue: Skill cards (they got banished). If it is banished then this character is completely dead for this game.

The :icon_hand_orange: should return to the box. As stated on the other side of this paragraph.
All :icon_hand_blue:of that character are removed for the action deck and discard. You then can add a new character to the game, preferable a different one to keep the feel that they have snuffed it for good. And add this new characters :icon_hand_blue: to the action deck...and continent playing

The ELIMINATED CHARACTER section talks about the :icon_hand_orange: State cards only (they should be returned), not about the :icon_hand_orange: Character card. If the intention is to return the :icon_hand_orange: Character card too then the particular sentence in the ELIMINATED CHARACTER section should read instead:

>> return all the :icon_hand_orange: State/Character cards they have in hand and banish all :icon_hand_blue: Skill cards showing their character's face (whether they are in the Action Deck or in the Discard Pile).

It seems like lack of explicit instruction for banishing character card. As player have to banish all skill cards with the character face then banishing of the character card should be to follow. It does not have a sense keep dead character available if there are not available his or her skills, does it?
