Rest of the world shop

Is the game still going to be sold to the rest of the world? From the previous e-mails it seems it was going to be sold by August 15th.

Products are available within the limits of available stocks. They will be dispatched by Meeple Logistics (France) center only to addresses in European Union Countries, including Germany but excluding United-Kingdom and Ireland. European countries that are not part of European Union (such as Switzerland, Ukraine, etc.), as well as overseas territories and departments will be included in our “Rest of the world” online shop (that will go live by August 15th)
