Is there a card list for the Upgrade pack?

Also, it may be a good idea to put that info into the Card List PDF, so that both 2nd edition owners and 1st edition+upgrade pack owners know which cards were already fixed and which were not. We will soon update the downloadable cards as well so they match the upgrade pack strictly.
