Missing Card from Comfort Creatures

I recently sleeved all of my cards for The 7th Continent, and while I was putting them in sleeves, I noticed I am missing a card from Comfort Creatures. After looking at the cards list, the missing card is I1358. Incidentally, I have two copies of card I1369 from the same expansion.

Can I use the same form if I bought back 7th Continent from someone and notice some missing cards? Asking because I'll be not able to provide any data related to CrowdOx. I bought never opened expansion that does not contain some card :<
