Does it mean I need to do something different for them in my inventory? Thanks

Hello :)

No, there is no différence in your inventory.
  • If you find an item (for exemple, a exploration card :card_grey:), the card has the die on the left side because this is the main type of this card :icon_d6:. You must put it in your inventory directly or discard it.
  • If you craft an item from your hand, you will see the die on the right side, as a consequence of the action :action_craft:. Before crafting, this card is a skill in your hand :icon_hand_blue:; after crafting, this card is an item in your inventory :white_box:+:icon_d6:.
