Step 1: "Reward" – Choose your pledge level

You can confirm the pledge level you chose during the campaign or upgrade to another.
 


You then need to choose the country of delivery as well as the language you wish to receive your game in.

 


Step 2: "Extras" – Choose any optional purchases.

In this step, you can select any additional purchases you wish to receive as well as how many.
 


Some optional purchases will ask you in which language you wish to receive them. If you wish to receive multiple copies in multiple languages, simply add the element a second time (“+ add another”) and choose the other language.
 

At the bottom of the “Extras” page, you’ll find the details of your order.

Once complete, hit “continue to shipping” button in order to enter your address and receive the final cost of shipping for your order. You can return to the “Reward” page later if you wish to modify your pledge and/or optional purchases.

 


Stage 3: "Shipping" – Enter your address and choose one wave or two wave shipping.

First of all, enter your shipping address, taking care to make sure all the elements are correct. Entering your telephone number is important in case the delivery company needs to contact you on delivery day.
 


Once your address has been validated, the pledge manager will calculate your shipping costs.

If your rewards are spread between two shipping waves you can choose to:
-    Send each group of rewards as soon as they become available (« Ship as soon as possible »),
-    Send everything at once during wave 2 (« Ship all at once »). This is generally the cheaper option.

In the case that all your rewards are included in the same shipping wave (1 or 2) the CrowdOx Pledge Manager will only display the “Ship as soon as possible” option.
 



Step 4: "Confirm"– Verification and payment

Before going any further, please double check all the information you’ve entered to far.

You can then pay (using PayPal or Stripe) any additional costs associated with your order (shipping and additional optional purchases).

IMPORTANT! Once confirmed your order is definitive and cannot be changed (except for your delivery address and phone number)!
