I pledged for a full gameplay bundle but so far have only received the core set.

The most recent update had an address for after sales https://the7thcontinent.seriouspoulp.com/en/after_sales/%20%20

However this page does not exist.

How can I get this issue investigated??

But you don't have to contact them because your receive seems normal in case you have chosen a delivery with 2 waves.
The next wave with the extension will be end of 2018.
Check your email to refind the link that give you information about your shipping choice.

The only gameplay component already produced from the 2nd KS is the core set. The rest is scheduled for October. Edit: Unless you bought the playmat or sleeves. That you should have gotten with the core set.
