Reading the text, it's obvious that positive result gives you something negative, and negative result gives you something positive.
Positive: Here! These are footprints or animal tracks! Someone or something is on your heels! Take a 100 card or a 103 card if you are already paranoid.
Negative: There are no tracks. You were worried for nothing. You may choose 1 card with the keyword serenity in the discard pile and add it to your hand or shuffle it back into the action deck.
